Digital Analytics Specialist

Anthology Marketing Group is seeking a Digital Analytics Specialist for managing analytics and SEO vendors on behalf of the digital team.

This full time regular position

  • Manages the vendors who are responsible for the ongoing analytics strategy, implementation and retainers. This will be under supervision of senior staff members on the digital team.
  • Provides strategic assistance in analytics planning at all phases of the development process.
  • Manages the vendors who are responsible for SEO for client websites.
  • Provides strategic assistance in SEO at all phases of the development process, including working closely with content strategists.
  • Maintains day-to-day client contact and develops working relationships with all key client stakeholders.
  • Assists with the creation of proposals and estimates by working with the digital senior staff and analytics and SEO vendors.
  • Works with third-party vendors and/or platforms for ongoing management and execution of analytics strategies.

We are seeking a candidate that has:

  • Possess intermediate to proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Possess intermediate to proficient knowledge of digital analytics and SEO techniques.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

The candidate needs:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing communications, public relations, advertising, digital marketing or business.
  • High School diploma and four years of work experience in marketing communication, public relations, advertising, digital marketing or business may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree.
  • Two (2) years of experience in digital analytics and SEO, agency or client side.
  • Working knowledge of digital analytics and SEO strategies, tactics and execution, including but not limited to current trends, best practices, performance measurement and analysis, and content strategy.
  • Knowledge and experience with analytics platforms with an emphasis on Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge and experience with best practices in the area of SEO.
  • Working and hands-on knowledge of third-party digital media management and/or analysis tools.
  • Business or professional-level language proficiency in English.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in marketing, media and production.
  • Proven leadership and/or team management experience.

HR/Administrative Assistant

This full time regular position

  • Performs a variety of tasks associated with the administrative support of the Human Resources Department and the Executive Team.
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Assists in all recruitment functions, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, processing new hire paperwork.
  • Verifies I-9 documentation and maintains forms booklet.
  • Conducts benefits enrollment for new and eligible employees.
  • Assists with development and recruitment of internship program.
  • Reconciles monthly benefit statements.
  • Assist in the processing of bi-monthly payroll.
  • Processes payroll change forms and leave requests.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining HRIS system.
  • Ensures policies and procedures are in compliance with State and Federal Labor laws.
  • Files papers and documents in appropriate employee files.
  • Assists with employee-related events, including birthday parties and other events.
  • Performs administrative tasks for CEO and COO as required.
  • Schedules meetings as requested by Executive Committee.
  • Makes photocopies, faxes documents, runs office errands and performs other clerical functions.
  • Develops and maintains system of office supplies.
  • Acts as point of contact for all building maintenance issues.

Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer is responsible for leading UX efforts on digital projects and mentoring other members of the experience design team. Primary duties include spearheading efforts in content strategy, information architecture, user interface design and contributing to the overall strategic direction of select projects and accounts.

This full time regular position, reporting to the Director of Experience Design

  • Lead and direct other XD team members on projects, with minimal supervision from the XD Director and/or other managers.
  • Create estimates by developing the design strategy and defining requirements, specifications and assumptions.
  • Take appropriate notes and prepares associated documentation related to the successful design, development and implementation of projects.
  • Consults with clients and provides client recommendations in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members and vendors to fulfill project goals on time, on budget, and on strategy.
  • Develop content and information architecture strategies.
  • Create original, usable and sustainable design and interaction concepts, user interfaces, and visual designs.
  • Contributes to the implementation and maintenance of designs using appropriate front-end development techniques.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership on relevant issues and trends by written and/or oral presentation.
  • Demonstrate corporate leadership skills.
  • Participate in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new team members, freelance talent and other vendors.
  • Participate in business development and strategic planning activities for new and existing clients.
  • Participate in the training, development and peer reviews of other team members as needed.
  • Input daily timesheets.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum:
  • High school diploma.
  • Four (4) or more year's hands-on experience in multiple areas of digital design and development, specifically in the following areas: user experience design, user interface design, visual design, interaction design, front-end development, usability research.
  • Project experience leading and working with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital design best practices (and knowing when it is appropriate to break the rules), marketing strategies and branding.
  • Strong visual design skills as demonstrated via a portfolio of work. Proficient with applications including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and OmniGraffle Pro.
  • HTML/CSS proficiency and cross-browser, cross-platform testing skills.
  • Working knowledge of jQuery and JavaScript.
  • Ability to work evenings and/or weekends if needed.
