Associate Producer

Anthology Marketing Group is seeking an Associate Producer (AP) who will be the right hand of the VP/Broadcast. The AP is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of broadcast and creative service production - video, radio, still shoots - from concept to completion. The AP will provide administrative and production support for the VP/Broadcast and the assigned agency creative teams.

This full time regular position, reporting to the Vice President of Broadcast

  • Prepares estimates for video, radio and still photography production.
  • Creates and oversees production schedule and determines resources needed.
  • Creates and manages production estimates and budgets.
  • Responsible for keeping production on schedule and within budget.
  • Manages media and client contact database, including updating contacts, and preparing and maintaining distribution lists.
  • Reviews broadcast work with VP/Broadcast and creative team and then negotiates with vendors and talent agents.
  • Hires production crew after consulting with VP and creative team; hires casting director or secures talent internally, negotiating talent fees with the talent agents, hiring the talent once the creative team and the client sign off.
  • Manages all broadcast assets, including props and other inventory.
  • Ensures compliance with state and union labor standards, regulations and codes of practice.
  • Performs as Line Producer on certain agency shoots and can fill in for any additional positions needed.
  • Obtains proper permits for shoots.
  • Initiate and manage talent wardrobe fittings.
  • Initiates meetings with creative team to discuss production progress and to ensure production objectives are met.
  • Organizes and coordinates location scouts.
  • Responds to client, vendor, and media requests as assigned.
  • Manages purchase orders (client and vendor).
  • Performs general administrative duties to support VP/Broadcast, and the creative and account team.
  • Assists in special projects, event planning and execution, new business assignments, and social/community involvement activities as assigned.
  • Tracks timing of projects for billing purposes and reconciliation of invoices.
  • Schedules and manages post-production.
  • Negotiates usage licenses and renewals (talent, photography, needle drop, stock, etc.)
  • Works with media, creative & development to track progress & research emerging trends and technologies.

The candidate needs:

Minimum:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Journalism or Communications.
    • High School diploma and three (3) years' experience in a production environment may be substituted for the Bachelor degree.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & AICP.
  • Possess high degree of professionalism.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Preferred:
  • Five (5) years' production experience.

    Public Affairs Specialist

    Anthology Marketing Group is seeking a seasoned Public Affairs Specialist to serve as a primarily client contact and ensures a high-level of strategic thinking, productivity and efficiency is maintained on all assigned accounts. The Specialist will perform all public relations functions including writing, media contact and placement, client liaison and day-to-day administrative activities. Responsible for becoming familiar with client products, markets and media to effectively deal with clients' PR needs and long range planning.

    This full time regular position, reporting to the VP and/President Public Relations

    • Assists the Vice President of Public Affairs in providing integrated and strategic communications solutions for clients in the areas of issues management, legislative advocacy and crisis communications.
    • Oversees staff and maintains a high level of productivity and account service satisfaction in the public relations group, both individually and as part of a team.
    • Develops and writes public relations plans and strategies and makes proactive recommendations to clients.
    • Prepares communication materials involved in the implementation of public relations programs for clients.
    • Assists team in crisis communications situations, as directed.
    • Participates in new business development programs, including proposal development and participating in presentations.
    • Maintains relationships with industry and editorial contacts to assure appropriate opportunities are realized for clients.
    • Manages and/or prepares content and layouts for publications, such as brochures, newsletters, and other communications materials.
    • Handles special projects and community involvement activities as assigned.

    • Provides direction and/or coordinates photo and/or video shoots for publications, social media channels, presentations and other communications initiatives.
    • Prepares reports for clients including activity and clipping reports, as assigned.
    • Manages media and client contact database, including the updating of contacts, and preparing and maintaining distribution lists.
    • Manages online pressrooms, including uploading news releases and updating client information as directed.
    • Reviews daily media opportunities and alerts team to pertinent issues/opportunities.

    Experience Designer

    Anthology Marketing Group is seeking a talented Experience Designer Developer who will be responsible for contributing to experience design (XD) efforts on digital projects and mentoring junior designers. Primary duties include the creation and execution of design concepts, user interface design, visual design and front-end development.

    This full time regular position, reporting to the Director of Experience Design and/or the Associate Director of Experience Design will

    • Leads and directs other XD team members on projects, with supervision from the XD Director and/or other senior team members.
    • Assists with the creation of estimates by contributing to the creation of the design strategy and defining requirements, specifications and assumptions.
    • Takes appropriate meeting notes and prepares associated documentation related to the successful design, development and implementation of projects.
    • Consults with clients and provides client recommendations in a professional manner.
    • Collaborates with team members and vendors to fulfill project goals on time, on budget and on strategy.
    • Develops content and information architecture strategies.
    • Creates original, usable and sustainable design and interaction concepts, user interfaces, and visual designs.

You will leverage UX best practices to design user interfaces and client-side interactions. You will also develop and maintain front-end code utilizing HTML, CSS, Java Script, jQuery and other related technologies.

    This full time regular position, reporting to the Director of Experience Design and/or the Associate Director of Experience Design will

    • Collaborate with team members and vendors to fulfill project goals on time, on budget, and on strategy.
    • Research and recommend appropriate project solutions.
    • Leverage UX best practices to design user interfaces and client-side interactions.
    • Develop and maintain front-end code, client-side interactions and reusable code components.
    • Maintain quality assurance by release testing and debugging front-end code and client-side interactions.
    • Create documentation and conduct/participate in code reviews to ensure quality deliverables.
    • Assist in recommending and developing front-end development methods and best practices for the XD team.
