Associate Designer

Anthology Marketing Group seeks an Associate Designer to participate in the design and development on digital projects including tasks related to the production and maintenance of websites. Hours will be full-time for 3-months with the opportunity to extend to a permanent position. Candidates should be available to start immediately.

Digital Marketer

Anthology Marketing Group seeks a digital marketer, a unique individual who lives to build and execute successful marketing and advertising strategies for his or her clients. The successful candidate is one who thrives in consultative environments, remains ahead of the curve on client needs and considers deep diving data as a recreational sport. He or she will have proven experience in online display advertising, paid search and integrate marketing.

This role actively works with clients on all digital initiatives, with specific focus on building brand awareness and recall, lead generation and market share, and optimized ROI. The Digital Marketer will drive the conversation and concept development, as well as client education, adoption and integration of innovative digital solutions into overall business objectives.

Solutions include pay per click and display advertising campaigns, interactive media initiatives, social media marketing, mobile strategies, search engine and page optimization, and site analytics. He or she will stay up to date with new trends within the industry and champion digital marketing solutions within the Agency and to our clients, and will handle other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal teams to build online strategies
  • Serve point person for digital marketing innovations (e.g. display advertising, search, social and mobile)
  • Execute digital strategies in multiple mediums (e.g. display advertising, search, social and mobile)
  • Report marketing effectiveness to client and internal teams
  • Launch, analyze and optimize, and report on overall digital marketing campaigns

To qualify, candidates must have at least:

  • 2-5 years experience in media planning/buying, search marketing and social media marketing, preferably in an agency environment
  • 2-5 years experience with Google AdWords and Microsoft platforms for paid search
  • 2-5 years experience with Google DoubleClick ad serving platform for display advertising
  • Previous agency experience

Expected skills include:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business
  • Exceptional interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of analytics and metrics in the digital media space
  • Intermediate to proficient experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment

You have an advantage if you also have:

  • Agency or client-side marketing and/or digital experience in travel, hospitality, technology and regulated industries
  • Agency or client-side marketing and/or digital experience with B2B clients
  • Previous experience in an integrated agency and/or proven ability to collaborate with traditional media strategy, planning and buying efforts
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Website Optimizer

User Experience Designer

Anthology Marketing Group seeks a User Experience Designer to join our digital group to participate and lead initiatives involving information architecture, interaction design, content strategy, user research and front-end development.

The successful candidate is one that thrives in a fast-paced, consultative, team-oriented environment and is passionate about making the Internet a better place for users (okay, and for clients too).

Seeking candidates with at least 2-3 years experience:

  • Worked in one or more of the following roles: information architect, content strategist, interaction designer or experience designer
  • Strong understanding of UX best practices (and knowing when it is appropriate to break the rules)
  • Ability to lead, assist and/or collaborate on user testing/observation and heuristic studies
  • Ability to write and translate requirements into sketches, wireframes, process flows, site maps, storyboards, prototypes or other related deliverables
